Chevy Colorado glue pull dent repair

We removed a linear dent in the upper section of the door and cab corner of this Chevy Colorado Z71. The PDR technique known as “glue pulling” was utilized for this paintless dent repair job in Alexandria, Virginia. We repaired this dent for a local body shop we service. The shop chose paintless dent repair for a few reasons.....

1. Paintless dent repair aka PDR is faster than conventional repair and repaint (a few hours rather than a few days).

2. PDR was less expensive than a conventional body shop repair and repaint.

3. This is a 2020 Chevy Colorado. In order to repair the dent on the cab corner with a conventional repair the body shop would have to remove the rear window. In this particular truck, you can not remove the window without breaking it. Turns out a new window is currently not available from GM. As a result, PDR is really the only option for repairing this damage.
