24 hour drop off + pickup at Dent Hero

Dent Hero offers the convenience of 24 hour vehicle drop off and pickup. Can’t make it during normal business hours? No problem, we got you. Dent Hero is located at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. We have access to their well lit customer parking lot and secure night drop key box and 24 hour key pick up kiosk.

When dropping off your vehicle before or after hours, please park in a customer parking spot in front of the new car showroom at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. There are multiple entrances to this parking lot along Glebe and Quincy road. The black night drop box is located around the corner of the building, on a door next to the Mercedes-Benz service entrance. Please use the envelopes inside the night drop box to write your name, phone number, vehicle type, and “Dent Hero” on, before placing in the slot. We will contact you after we retrieve the keys and inspect your vehicle.

24 hour pick up is easy too. Dent Hero has the ability to send you an invoice that you can pay online. You can then pick up your car any time you wish. We will park your car in the Mercedes-Benz parking lot and place your key in the silver 24 hour pick up box, located next to the service department entrance. You will receive a individual code to retrieve your key. Punch in the 5 digit PIN and boom, you’ve got your keys to your dent free car.
